Conquer Coron, Palawan

Thinking of a place to go this summer?I suggest you visit Coron, Palawan.

I had a chance to visit the place last November, and I fell in love with the place. I won’t mind going back again because it’s heaven there.

Suggested itinerary:

Day1: Arrival and Town tour then Mt. Tapyas and Makinit Spring.

Prepare for the 700+ steps up Mt. Tapyas and relax yourselves dipping at Makinit Spring. .Take that literally–the steps will REALLY make your feet ache like hell and the Makinit dip is umm…really “MAINIT”-but the therapeutic effect is awesome!

Day2: Sangat Tour: Tangat Gun Boat, Sangat Island Reserve, Lunch at Calumbuyan Island, Coral Garden and Lusong Gun Boat.
Seen: Japanese shipwrecks, white beach, rock formations, beautiful snorkeling grounds.

Day3:Coron Island Tour: Skeleton Wreck, Lunch at Banol Beach, Twin Lagoon, Kayangan Lake and Siete Pecados Marine Park.
Seen: Spectacular view of Coron’s landmark, Japanese shipwreck, white beach, underwater cathedral-like rock formations, rich collection of fishes, beautiful lagoons and snorkeling grounds.

Day4:Back to Manila

Check Cebu Pacific for seat sale. I was able to book for only P904 roundtrip!Great value, right?!We stayed at Darayonan Lodge for P900 (twin sharing)/night with free breakfast and wi-fi access! You may want to check the lodge for tour packages or I can refer you to our tour guides( the most accomodating people in Coron) and avail of discounts.

CORON spells paradise!

Crystal clear waters, breath-taking shots, best snorkeling grounds, delectable seafoods..What more can you ask for?PARADISE is just one hour plane ride from busy Manila..Go na!
